I am from Vadodara, Gujarat.
Today 10-5-15. my internet is not working from last 40 days and I have made last complain on 3-4-15. From last 40 days i call to CC every alternate day to know the status and each and evry time i am getting the same answer "EDP is down". Even govt can finished their work with in 4 days if a complain raised. I don't know what this guys are doing. I have seen more that 50 unsatisfied clients from Vadodara only and this clearly indicates that employees from Vadodara branch are not willing to work. Companies reputation is spoiling. It is my request to Reliance to shut down the office in vadodara so the reputation will not get spoil anymore. Because your team at baroda totally failed in delivering the services. I never criticized but you guys made me to do that.

ReplyDeleteThis is Krishna Sumanth and I am writing to you to say that my Internet connection and landline both are not working from 2 days and even I am not able to give complaint to you by calling customer care.No one is responding to my calls.Neither someone is giving response nor taking action on my problem.
I am very much disappointed with this type of response your team giving to customers. This is not the first time,In a week twice or thrice I face connectivity problem and I get resolution very late.When ever I need internet it won't be there.
If your network is inconsistent and if you are not able to provide me right service then I would need to change my network to other broadband services.
Now no internet connectivity for me from 2 days.Can anyone atleast now provide me update and resolve it ASAP?
