Bought Reliance Netconnect Broadband + in Jan 2011. Promised peak speed is 3.1 mbps. I never got anything close to 3.1 mbps. The average speed is 0.3 mbps (download) and 0.2 mbps (upload), which is one of the worst in the country. On top of that the connection drops off every 20-30 mins.
I borrowed Tata Photon + from my friend and got 0.7 mbps (download) and 0.4 mbps (upload) speeds for a 3.1 mbps connection. This is not great but quite respectable as compared to Reliance Netconnect. Moving to Tata next month.
